This app saves me so much time, gas, and extra spending on stamps, envelopes and buying checks that I only use to pay rent.. (especially when I can’t rely on the usps anymore to not steal or lose my mail/ rent check.) I don’t have to pay a wire-fee, or money order fees. It’s free for me to use, and to pay rent with using my debit card!!! If I want, our landlord company has allowed for us to pay ahead if we’d like ( making payments before rent is due- which I set up with auto pay weekly, with each pay period) up until the 1st of the month. It definitely helps a lot with budgeting! I have used the work order ticket to inquire with the company/landlord for any home issues.. and I get notified when maintenance requests get completed repairs (the mowing company last month had weed-wiped my outside window -bug -screen and the landlord company repaired asap without bothering me— handy! I didn’t have to call the mgmt hotline and leave a message or wonder if they even got my message. Also, ** My lease, and pet policy, etc contracts are saved in my Rentec account - which is SUPER handy - so I don’t have to worry about losing it in my email or somewhere at home and I can quickly reference it in the app. This is the best app ever!! I definitely recommend!

The first time I used this portal to pay my landlord my fat thumb pushed an extra zero and instead of payment of 1,700 for rent it put through 17,000 !!!!! This totally messed up everything and now I have to resolve it with my bank because it put my in a huge negative overdraft balance . THE APP NEEDS TO ADD A “confirm this amount “ after you put your payment in so that mistakes like this can be caught before they are submitted . There is NO CONFIRM AMOUNT , and whatever you put in first it just takes right away . All other apps have this safety step to avoid issues like this . It’s especially important for payments like rent that tend to be bigger than other payments . I didn’t push the other zero purposely, my iPhones keyboard sometimes isn’t the most accurate as we all know with autocorrect, etc . Please fix this !!!

I created a account to accept rent payments for my spa , I was approved to receive direct deposits and credit card processing . Half of my transactions deposited into my account but later received a email stating that my other 2 transactions would be held on hold until I get another bank account and to prove transaction agreement, which the app gives you this option in the tentant portal. Makes absolutely no sense to hold funds versus just refunding the tentant . Why would I get a whole new bank account just to receive the second half of funds that they said they made a “mistake on” . Highly do not recommend and the customer service reps are rude . Also can’t log into my account unless I click forget password. It’s too many glitches
