Does not ever get past the loading screen on iOS on WiFi or mobile data. Not sure why this app exists?

I downloaded this app to enhance my visit to the Louvre AD, however this app was not helpful at all. The organization of the app is confusing, information is not organized like the galleries are, and the scanner pulls up the wrong items. Not sure what the purpose of this app is
