It will not let me get past the login section. It says you have to agree to the terms you scroll down and hit ok. To nothing will not proceed to the screen.

My daughter got this as a gift. I’ve tried 5 times to set up an account. Reset my password and I still can’t get in. It said it would send me an email verification code and it has sent nothing both times. No where to ask questions either.
