I love this app! Downloaded because I was told we have to go daily and I wasn’t aware how often I go. Started tracking and noticed how my body responded to different foods and stress. The only thing I wish this app did was integrate with Apple Health. I hope that feature comes in the future. Oh and if they can share info on what the different options mean (color, consistency, time) and when to see a doctor.
