Inspired Pilates and Yoga

We are a boutique Pilates and Yoga Studio located in Penshurst, south of Sydney. We are essentially a group fitness studio that specialises in Reformer Pilates, Yoga, and our signature Barre class 'Barre Belle'. From this mobile app, you can view our schedule and book classes for Pilates, equipment, and mat and reformer classes! Our Instructors all have different teaching styles so you will have plenty of variety between classes, keeping you interested and motivated, and hugely benefiting your body.

Between our Members and Instructors, there is a lovely community vibe within the studio. A 1920’s building with beautiful ceilings (which you look at a lot during your classes!).
