Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct

The Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct provides our principles on key areas of activity in our day-to-day roles and it is now available in an app, also including our Group Policies, the core policies that apply to all Rolls-Royce employees regardless of their role, seniority or location.

We also provide details on our TRUST model that is a decision making framework you can use if facing a dilemma and information of our speak up channels for individuals who wish to raise any concerns. The app now also includes interactive dilemma exercises that allow you to vote on how you would deal with an ethical issue.
