Yes, it’s a life insurance company that will want to sell you their policies and benefits too, but no, they don’t ask for your kids’ DNA. This isn’t ancestry.com. They allow you to share blood type, current photos, and fingerprints IF you choose, but you don’t have to. DNA isn’t even an option lol. It’s endorsed by the police you’d be going to anyways and tied directly to the amber alert system to get the necessary info out faster. Are those scams too?
