App and feature set work extremely well. Wish it was more organizable and powerful like Slack, but for a free HIPAA compliant app it is great, considering the alternatives. I wish there was more “admin” controls to control/manage members, groups, and group chats. Biggest request/wish for me is a dedicated full-featured powerful iPad app.

We depend on BloomText everyday for secure communication, internally with staff and externally with patients. It has really allowed us to “right size” our communication to the intended audience with the customizable group chat functionality. In a space where it is hard to find a balanced tool, BloomText is hitting all the right marks!

BloomText offers a cutting edge HIPAA compliant communication app for providers and teams. Send secure HIPAA messaging via a SMS text. Blooms streamlined approach allows patients to access the communication platform without having to download an application. Additionally, BloomText offers HIPAA compliant email and fax. The customer service was excellent and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app for healthcare professionals looking for a HIPAA communication solution.
