User Reviews

Dissembler is a clever, elegant puzzle game with a huge, evolving library and a clean, distraction-free experience. Players praise its smart design, minimalist visuals, and the variety of content, including daily puzzles and an endless mode. The game shines in polish, accessibility, and replayability, with no ads, no IAPs, and no timers. However, several reviews note that solving can rely on trial-and-error rather than strategy, and a few levels feel un-guided. Overall, it’s a polished, engaging puzzler with broad appeal for logic lovers.
Pros
  • Clever, elegant puzzle design with a satisfying, minimalist aesthetic.
  • Huge and varied content: 100+ main puzzles, daily updates, an endless mode, and new tile types.
  • Distraction-free experience: no ads, no in-app purchases, and no timers.
  • Flexible accessibility and user-friendly features: non-linear puzzle access and colorblind mode.
  • Polished presentation and strong replay value: satisfying feedback, intuitive controls, and multiple play modes.
Cons
  • Many puzzles rely on trial-and-error rather than strategy, which some players find unsatisfying.
  • Some levels lack a clear path or guidance, leading to tedious permutations and a sense of randomness.

I just finished this brilliant game, and i wanted more. Here were my experience started with the infinite mode. The whole idea of the mode is “ if a connection is possible, than do it” which make it brainless, and requires no skill whatsoever. If the developers made a change to make this mode more strategic( the player should have more control over his future options, rather it randomly popping out), i swear the game would be perfect. When i recommended this game to my colleague, he also found the mode to be dull and needless.

Not sure, I tried disabling and re-enabling the audio to no avail.

Dissembler is such a smart and elegant puzzle game that perfectly rides the line between satisfyingly challenging and frustrating. I have only gotten really stuck on one of the puzzles and I happily came back to it periodically over almost a year to solve it. It is intuitive rather than irritating and the laid-back minimal style always makes it enjoyable. An all-time great.
