FIT climbing training

FIT climbing offers you different app versions with training programs, strength and (power) endurance, for sport climbing and bouldering. There's a standard version with pre-set training programs and a pro-version for custom training. Both are suitable for progressive training on all levels. The app includes:

• options to plan and follow your training activities
• 3D demo videos
• High-intensity interval training based on different heart rate zones (see our website for compatible heartbeat sensors)
• over 1000 exercises and progressive training programs
• functions to track your progression, weight and body metrics

The pro-version also includes:

• options to integrate nutrition advice in your training program
• the possibility of private training for individuals and groups
• trainers, coaches and climbing centers can become partners of FIT climbing
