If you’re running your own business and need to track your hours and what you’re working on. This is simple and easy. And free. And not full of ads or anything. Just a good app.

I use this every day and it's super useful for seeing where my time is going. Love the timer in the top toolbar. However I have to fight through lags whenever I try and start tasks / change the name of them. Also wish the window could get smaller and make the task name / actual time bigger so I could put it in the corner of my screen and see it as a reminder of what I'm working on. In general a larger task name and timer would improve it a lot. IOS version is a lot smoother. With just a few UI tweaks this could be perfect!
