This app is the worst. Never works never send resent links it’s the most frustratingly obnoxious useless experience considering I’m donating blood. Been trying to donate since November, can never get logged in to donate, called and told they registered me but didn’t get an email and the password reset they just gave me doesn’t work…called and now no one is answering

It's weird to navigate and can't do much on it. I keep getting emails to get push notifications for points or rewards but the app doesn't keep you logged in and it doesn't have an app option to turn on notifications.
