I received my points but am unable to use them as nothing shows up within the gift store

The App is trash, it’s terrible because it’s the only way to redeem your points but when you go to redeem them there’s always a problem! Literally everything else opens and works except the online store. It takes hours for it work, sometimes the points don’t even show up for days! I don’t know why they just don’t get ai to debug the coding.
