Based on the reviews, Wanda Coach is very cheap but highly unreliable. The most frequent problems are delays and buses not showing up, poor customer service, lack of reliable trip tracking and emailed itineraries, and concerns about cleanliness and safety on board. Refunds and rescheduling are often mishandled. While some riders achieve their destination at a low cost, the experience is generally poor value due to frequent disruptions and scarce support.

Long story short, the driver had so many ways into the pickup point but skipped it and is taking the longest route and it could be here by 3:50 despite the fact it’s supposed to be here by 2

This app does not work well. Takes multiple clicks before working (if working). I had to cancel out multiple times to reset it. I was able to purchase a ticket however. The bus is absolutely a budget option. It got me to where I was going on a whim (Albany to NYC $24) and the driver was very kind. There were no seatbelts, bathroom was worse than camping with no tp or anything. Never been to jail, but likely similar. People in general were less respectful than other buses (loud phones), however, in no way unsafe. In the end, I got to where I needed to go, so it did the job, but the driving was a little rough, so if you get carsick, sit in the front for sure!
