When trying to transfer funds I’m always getting an error. That apps has no updates and the website is doing the same thing

Card will glitch out and not allow you to load into card. Once you finally get it to load in. You go to help section tells you to uninstall app and re download and it just made it worse. Can’t access your money now. If you don’t have extra money good luck getting through you day. Seen this happen more frequently now to.
