The settings in the menus don’t save when you change them, even if you hit save; So I keep getting requests from genres I don’t want. Doesn’t work on the pc either. I do like the service though, just needs bugs fixed.

User Reviews
Users broadly praise RepostExchange as a cost-effective way to promote music and gain real engagement, with reports of tangible plays and growth. However, repeated concerns focus on pricing and accessibility (new fees, higher credit minimums, longer waits), reliability issues (login/bug reports), and a disliked redesign that hampers navigation. Functionality gaps and limited support further impact experience. Overall, it’s a useful promo tool for some artists but has notable reliability, cost, and usability barriers.
Pros
- Helps promote music and gain exposure on SoundCloud.
- Provides authentic engagement with real followers, not bots.
- Affordable entry-level promo with free features and cheap promotions.
- Users report tangible results like plays and increased visibility.
- Enables discovery and interaction within a community of artists.
Cons
- Pricing changes: repost fee in the free plan, reduced credits, and higher minimums to start campaigns.
- Higher required credits and longer waiting periods make it harder to promote on the free plan.
- Technical and login reliability issues (app may not open, login errors, posts not playable).
- UX/UI redesign and navigation changes make the app harder to use and less pleasant.
- Functionality gaps and inconsistent campaign results (like buttons failing, credits disappearing, support limitations).
Recent reviews
This app used to be a good place to grow if you were first starting out and needed some real views to get engagement going. It uses an in app currency called credits and you can buy them with real money. to start a campaign to promote your song, you would pay 50 credits, or about 3-5$, and if you played it right, you could get 1000 views. Now it costs 200 credits or about 12$ to get one started and it is wildly inconsistent. Will be my last time using this
