You must first Sign up for a MyMoffitt Patient Portal account by visiting https://my.moffitt.org. Once you have an account, simply sign into mobile app with your username and password.

With the MyMoffitt Patient Portal App you can: • Securely message your provider • Request to schedule and managing upcoming appointments • Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications and other health documents

There is absolutely no way to view/open bills on my iPhone using the app…which is made for the iPhone!!…or by logging in using the Safari browser. It’s been this way for years! How can you not fix this…for years?? Does someone in IT have an iPhone?? It’s the 21st century…this should just Work. (Yes, I have the latest IOS, yes, I have the latest version of the app. Yes, I have rebooted…)

This app used to work perfectly. I just got off the phone with billing who says I’m delinquent because I haven’t paid my bill. When I go into the app, there are no bills, and there are no statements, and there’s nothing indicating I owe any money. The woman on the customer service line said that anyone using an Apple device will not be able to open the documents in the app or on the web, you need to use a Windows device. That’s not helpful and it used to work. So how am I supposed to know that I owe a fee? Anyways, until it is fixed, this app will be getting one star from me. Date: June 2024
