The online has to Many issues. I have to keep verifying myself when I log in on my computer or iPad and at one point I was needing to transfer money and couldn’t do it on my phone because it wasn’t verified. It’s becoming to big of a hassle for me to use it and making me consider switching to BOM. And they offer incentives that would greatly benefit my family.

Love the app —after being logged in. My only complaint is how long it takes to authenticate and pull up the accounts after signing in. I appreciate the added security but it takes too long compared to other banking apps I use.
