It doesn’t track as it supposed too, I sent an email long time ago explaining the issue, but until this day I haven’t gotten a response, App not worth it. And now I have a notification that the subscription expired but the last track was 2 years ago and we were just charged for something that worked maybe for a few months.

This GPS doesn’t work and never works sky technologies blame AT&T for connecting to the GPS. It’s not accurate it gives me false alerts multiple alerts that are false don’t waste your money this GPS doesn’t work and when you call sky technologies, they don’t know what to do they will refer you to the dealer, they argument is that they just sell it to the dealer so then you have to back to the dealer and get your money back because it doesn’t work so don’t even bother downloading the app because it won’t work

When I locate the car on the app, it shows the car on the map at the right location, but the address is 1/4 mile away on a different street. I contacted Skyforce and was told that the GPS was pinging off the closest tower and was ok. However, my phone’s GPS locates the car at the correct location, and address. If the address was next door or 2 doors down, that’s close enough, but 1/4 mile away on another street is too far. Not accurate, and expensive.
