User Reviews
Pros
- BBT charting and cycle tracking are very helpful for monitoring ovulation and predicting periods.
- The LH test-strip reader via photos translates test results in-app, making tracking easier.
- An all-in-one platform that combines tracking, reminders, pregnancy tracking, educational articles, and a supportive community.
- Active community with questions, private chats, and user support.
- Charts can be exported as PDFs for sharing or records (and some users find the data reliable).
Cons
- Billing and subscription issues, including unexpected premium charges and difficulties getting refunds.
- Inconsistent or inaccurate ovulation dates, with cycles sometimes showing different peak days or prompting unnecessary test usage.
- Technical instability—crashes, failures after updates, white screens, and problems loading or uploading data.
- Limitations in reporting, such as not accepting non-strip test results and not counting home insemination in the fertile window (with related heteronormative concerns).

The number of weeks pregnant is off by one in the writeup they use. For example, the first day of my last period was 6/22, so that’s the conventional pregnancy “start date.” Today is 7/28, which is conventionally day 287of my pregnancy, or 3 weeks and 6 days. If you’re 3 weeks and X days pregnant, you’re on week 4, not week 3. But the block of text for this week is for week 3! (On my app it says, “Is it normal to have no symptoms during week 3?”). Please fix.
