It’s a fun game if you can be patient but it does take a really long time to get where you want to be

Dear Support, After more than four years in War and Peace, I am leaving the game. Until two or three months ago I really enjoyed it. The nonstop harassment, and your unwillingness to enforce your own rules, has made it a miserable place to play. You have refused to handle this ticket in an unbiased way. You have refused to enforce obvious Terms of Service violations already documented in this thread. That includes the harassment package I sent. It also includes cheating that is visible in ordinary play: macros, unattended scripting, and mapping tools people use every day. That activity would be easy to see in your logs if you chose to look. I asked you to enforce your own rules. You have not. I have spent in this game and I am still watching the same conduct continue. I will be the fifth player and paying customer I know of to leave. Friends of mine also reported real-life stalking and the same kind of nonstop harassment. You refused to do anything about those reports too. This is not only the harassment. It is your willingness to ignore obvious cheating, sexually inappropriate messages in a game children can play, stalking, and players urging suicide in your chat channels. I am deleting the app. I will report it on the marketplaces and app stores as an unsafe environment that allows folks bullies yo encourage suicide and allows sexual discussion to become commonplace around kids.
