2026-02-23	mi*****	After this latest update I have to reconnect after each time I turn off the hearing aid. To be fair an iPhone update came at about the same time so I’m not sure if it’s the iPhone system or the app. It’s the only way I can control the volume so I am stuck with reconnecting each time I turn it back on.

2024-05-24	Gu*****	I use the App(Earpiece) mostly to watch TV and the option to connect the Earpiece to the TV in the App disappears and appears as it pleases. Before, turning the Cellular on and off, was enough for the TV option to reappear in the App, but now sometimes it appears and sometimes doesn’t.

2023-01-05	no*****	Download BeMore - Hearing Aid App - not the GN app. Sometimes the BeMore app doesn’t pair to the H Aids. Delete app on the phone and down load it again and connect the aids. Be sure your iPhone has defaulted to your home internet setting. Open Settings Open Accessories Open Hearing aids - new page will open. At top of page there is a description of your hearing aid - click on connect - New page will open - go to bottom of page and click on Alive. This will open your microphone on the iPhone and stream the tv and incoming calls to the aids. It can be frustrating to get it right the first time. You can screen print these instructions. The retailers do not know how to do this. I sincerely hope this works for you instead of purchasing their ridiculous price of $500 for a tv streamer. Only took me 3 hours to figure this process out. 🤷‍♀️

2020-09-16	ma*****	Right now the app freezes on a new page telling me that my hearing aids are not connected. But they are. I hope someone from the company is reading this review and will get to work correcting the app. Nothing like having a supposedly high tech app that becomes useless and makes your hearing aids useless to a great degree. I’ve given one star. Will revise if app improved.
