Been using this app for 4 years and it’s been a Great tool for me & my fitness journey. It’s incredibly simple, easy to use, & it is what u make it. I dig seeing progress, & keeping track of it. This tool helps me to hold myself accountable in the gym, & to keep track. 5 star for sure.

Keeps me on track and organized! To be able to look back and see calculated one rep max helps aid in progressive overload and progress in the gym!! 10 out of 10 plus 10! 💪🏾

When adding a custom exercise, you can only choose one muscle. Some exercises hits multiple muscles, such as push-ups. Being able to add these extra muscles would make the reporting much more accurate. Also, isometric exercises are trending up in popularity. Being able to properly track these load/time based rep exercises would be a great feature to add.
