2026-05-14	Ir*****	Our Sheltie was stricken with liver cancer. She had surgery along with treatments and medical attention fora year. Figo stood by us during the entire process and paid a huge portion of a very expensive vet bill. They were great. Unfortunate our girl succumbed to the cancer a year later. Figo even sent condolences on our loss and helped with the end of life procedures.

2026-01-22	Lo*****	The app is terrible because almost all of the time it won't load the notifications screen so I can't see what has been approved for reimbursement, half the time I file a claim it times out and I have to resubmit it, and I have notifications turned on yet I never receive them.

2026-01-20	ja*****	The app was really great when I first got Figo a couple of years ago. Now, nothing loads and I’m not able to check on my pets insurance policies. There doesn’t seem to be an alternative way to check without using the app. So frustrating! I’ve tried with different wifi, and my app is up to date.

2026-01-16	Wi*****	Below grade customer service This is not for your fur babies! This insurance company takes your money and promises so much to keep your pet healthy safe and protected! Which is nothing but lies and very untrustworthy. My vet has recommended and highly suggested that my small dog not get all his vaccinations in one visit due to keeping him safe. They denied this 2 visit as not necessary and they paid just two weeks before for his vaccination. They don’t care to help support his health, they would rather your fur baby gets sick and then deny the vet clam because you didn’t get the vaccination necessary to keep them healthy. When talking to customers service today I was put into a hamster wheel and given the same answer over and over and over did I say over again. I asked to speak to someone who could help me understand the denial of claim “you will speak to another who will tell you the same…no supervisor here we are all the same”. I tried to cancel my remaining 5 months of insurance as nothing has been accepted in the past 7 months… oh no one here can help you!” Don’t do it run as fast as you can to another insurance company that loves your fur baby and wants the best for them!
