GEMS: Symposium

The GEMS Symposium is an annual conference that gathers over 400 delegates from both the private and public sector, comprising a cross-section of key players in the health facilitation and support industries. This includes GEMS stakeholders, industry partners, service providers, government department human resource practitioners, healthcare industry experts as well as members of the community.

GEMS has traveled a complex yet purposeful journey, unrelenting in our pursuit of affordable and accessible quality healthcare for all. Our 'coordinated care' and 'specialist referral' methodology is proof of our commitment to sustainable healthcare outcomes. Eliminating fraud, waste and abuse has been an integral part of this goal for the Scheme and we have great results to show from this.
