Heights Retreat

It’s impossible to book an appointment on this app. It’s not user friendly at all. For such a large company, you would think they would have a better app. It’s useless.

The therapist was Awesome!!! He was very professional and informative of everything he was doing. I truly enjoyed my session. There is one problem I had when my session was over. I went to the front desk pay for my services and I was asked my form of payment. I informed the young lady at the desk I had a gift card. She said, okay and I proceeded to give her the gift card. I was immediately asked did I want to leave a tip without her even informing me of my total. I was so confused by the question that I didn’t even ask what was the total. That is not a question that should be asked to the customer. If the customer wants to leave a tip then he/she will say it. A customer could have given the therapist a cash tip but wishes not to disclose it. The other thing is that if you are a returning customer they automatically add a tip hit that is not posted on the website nor in the facility. The young lady was very professional and nice but the above concern needs to be addressed. I was trying to go online to see my gift card balance but it keeps saying that my email address and/or my phone number and the gift card number isn’t valid which is very frustrating. Overall the service was good but there are some changes that need immediate attention! The rating I gave is because the therapist was Awesome!!!!
