User Reviews

Across the reviews, the dominant issues are navigation unreliability, frequent crashes, and intrusive prompts. Users report wrong destinations, routes that dont open, and rerouting that can jeopardize safety. Performance is inconsistent, with the app slowing down or freezing, especially after updates, and some users experience a flood of pop-ups. Data updates also appear inconsistent, with missing weight stations or other critical map data not reflecting real routes. Compatibility concerns on Apple devices, including iPad orientation, add to the frustration. A minority express positive sentiment, but overall reliability and data quality are the main concerns.

Pros

Cons

Inaccurate navigation and routing: destinations incorrect, navigation often doesn7t open, and routes reroute incorrectly or fail to load.
Frequent crashes and slow performance: app crashes, unresponsive controls, and glitches after updates.
Excessive prompts and pop-ups: numerous prompts and photo-verification UI disrupt the experience.
Data/map update gaps: missing weight stations, poorly reflected map data, and outdated information affecting routes.
Device compatibility and UI issues on Apple devices: iPad orientation problems and general reliability concerns.
