User Reviews

MOSSA On Demand offers a large, updated library with strong instructors and music, plus convenient at-home workouts and good value. The main negatives are navigation and search clutter, playback and full-screen issues, and upgrades that some users feel reduced usability and casting functionality. Overall, it’s effective for variety and motivation but could improve discovery, playback controls, and cross-device consistency.
Pros
  • Extensive library and variety of MOSSA workouts with options for different times and equipment; content is regularly updated.
  • Top-notch instructors and energizing music; workouts are well choreographed to the beat.
  • Great convenience and flexibility: at-home workouts that fit busy schedules and can be done any day, with 10/30/60 minute options.
  • Good value for the price; reasonably priced subscription with a broad range of classes for all fitness levels.
  • Strong cross-device streaming, especially smooth on Apple TV / big-screen experience.
Cons
  • Cluttered catalog and difficult discovery: hard to filter or search for specific classes; need a better filter and favorites organization.
  • Playback/UX issues: auto-advance to the next class, trouble exiting full screen, and limited or awkward timeline/controls; occasional headphone control problems.
  • Upgrades degraded usability: more clicks, screen clutter, reduced casting capability, and higher cost without added value.
  • Casting/TV integration problems after updates; users report casting issues and a less reliable cross-device experience.

Great at home workout experience. These workouts allow me to select what I need for the day based on the time I have available. Lots of great options

I love that I can get Group Centergy classes online now. It’s really been great since there are no live classes available near me anymore. I really appreciate that!! However, this app needs work. I also use the Peloton app, which works great and is easy to navigate through. The MOSSA app is cluttered with classes that you must scroll through. I know which class I want but have to scroll several pages done then over to find the class I want. There should be a way to filter the classes in order to find what you want. Also, it is very frustrating to have to make the class I’m taking go full screen. That should be automatic once you choose the class. Then, the last and almost most frustrating part is, at the end of class instead of stopping it just feeds into the next class and starts playing it. It’s a scramble to get it to stop while I’m in recovery mode. It’s difficult to exit full screen, which you have to in order to get back to the main screen. Other than that I am grateful to have these classes available online. Thank you for considering making some upgrades.
