I love this game. I play it every day and my clan-mates have become personal friends. It’s more than a game but a community. However, this introduction is attached to a solid 1-star review for two primary reasons: Tar has been nerfed so egregiously the game is nearly impossible to play anymore without spending a lot of money. It used to be that buying packs and passes was a treat for pushing extra hard, and as long as you were an active player in a good clan there was plenty of tar for crypting. That just isn’t the case anymore. I open over a thousand chests at a time and there’s barely enough tar to meet minimum crypt standards. But more importantly, you guys need to do something about the spammers. Putting the work on your paying customers to constantly report and mute these bots is worthy of a one star review. Invest in fixing this problem. It’s gone on for way too long at the expense of your customers’ experience. I’ll gladly change my review when you guys come up with a solution.
