Recent reviews

Logging in never gets past the username and just hangs forever with no progress. I can log in fine online using a computer. I am running no special security or VPN on my iOS device and have tried logging in from the app using different WiFi and cell networks. I am currently running iOS 26.4.1

In the past this app wasn’t great but I could at least open it and do a few things. Now, I cannot even log in (who knew it could actually get worse). The philosophy behind users not being able to access services in a concise manner is confusing, when I see at least eight years of poor reviews for the app. That is, unfortunately, not prioritizing members nor delivering operational excellence.

When I'm dealing with a medical issue and need info on my not-insurance at a glance, that's when I want my app to work.... but this one doesn't. It spins and spins on my username/email and then tells me my password is wrong which I haven't even entered.
