Keep It Mobile for iPad and iPhone is a powerful notebook and document organizer that can be used standalone or with Keep It for Mac. It lets you create and edit notes, rich text, plain text, and Markdown files; scan documents, edit PDFs, save web links, and preview and search a wide range of file types. All files, folders, and tags you store in Keep It are available in the Files app and can be opened in other apps or shared with Keep It users via iCloud.

Organize with folders, tags, color labels, bundles, favorites, and more; access files through the Files app; work with Shortcuts; search across items; annotate PDFs and images; and share items. Subscriptions with a free trial are available for Keep It Mobile.

This is an excellent app; all the flexibility and usefulness of Apple's Notes, and more. Plus's, the icon is easy to find on the bottom of the screen.

Replaced Evernote for me. Notes, or Files or the Finder don’t have the same simple organization features. For example I can merge multiple files in a few taps. Developer is responsive and the app performs really well through different OS versions.

It is unreliable and traps your files in the apps’ iCloud. I hate this app sooooooo much because no matter how hard I try it will never NEVER download all the files in the app to my device. Is that REALLY SO MUCH TO ASK? Or are you just trapping people in your app? You can SET the app to download all files and then watch it fall all over itself for weeks waiting for stuff to download while other things disappear from the device. I. HATE. THIS. APP.
