Many reviews depict the Odoo iOS app as unreliable and hard to use. Recurrent login failures, crashes, and unstable sessions dominate the experience. The lack of an in-app password reset, outdated UI, and compatibility issues worsen usability, while barcode scanning and offline capabilities receive negative feedback. A minority still finds value in the free features and certain modules when it works, but overall the app is viewed as struggling with stability, usability, and maintenance.

Cons

Frequent login/authentication failures and persistent logouts often require reinstalling the app.

Recent reviews

This company does not reflect a good option for your business. They will do their best to get you to sign the longest term contract possible. And will then advise implementation is necessary for you to be successful. This will turn to you paying well over $125 per hour to a “BSA” that is a not attached to your project whatsoever. You will be pushed into a $50-$100k invoice that is non refundable. And forced to work virtually with someone that does not care about success as you are already in a contract. I hope this helps those that are curious to switching.

I can’t believe such a large company doesn’t read their reviews. For a company that only develops software- their app is abysmal. It’s unusable and is a selling point on their weekly update emails.
