I have enjoyed using Flow for several year’s now, but recently encountered an issue with a “vanishing” tool palette. Unable to see this resolved on my own, I reached out to the support team. Support contacted me within hours, and the recommendations I received proved to be the ticket: voila! The tool palette options were visible and my issue was quickly resolved. Excellent app, and equally excellent product service. I highly recommend Flow to anyone searching for a versatile,—-and FUN!—-app of this nature.

Initially I didn’t want to write anything about how disappointing this app is, but I can’t help but compare it to other, cost worthy apps. It may be user error, it may be that my iPad is a few years old, BUT it is so laggy. 😭 Like I initially tried the free trial version to see how I’d feel about it for the upcoming school year, I did notice that it was pretty laggy when I would write fast. Laggy as in some letters would be distorted and it would take a bit to show up on the doc. In addition to all the lag, when I would finish with the document and exit the app and I open the document the next day, everything I wrote would be gone. I thought that maybe it would take a while to load in, but it never did. So I am now having to deal with $30 wasted on an annual subscription and app I was really hopeful in. If you have an older iPad I think sticking to the Freeform app would be the best option. Refund might be nice!!
