Great ways for exploring new ways to improve your health to stay healthier than to lose some weight to avoid getting fat but we can do a new approach for healthier lifestyle choices to improve our body and health to keep up with exercise habits

Trying to access the pool schedule, which was written and attached as an Excel file, requires you to use an Excel viewing app on your phone. Which means if you use Office, you have to sign in. Poor design and implementation. The schedules should be written in code which will render in the app or online w/requiring another app. The new app won’t let me sign in on my iPad even tho I used the same credentials on my iPhone. Stupid system.
