The order was not even started when I arrived at the restaurant. Very frustrating when I am trying to get there and back on my lunch break. I understand that this may not be a fair criticism of the app itself, but the app does not allow feedback for individual restaurants.

Setting up an account is like pulling teeth. I tried to set up an account twice and still don’t know if I have one. It doesn’t accept auto populate, so everything has to be typed in. On top of that, there is a “convenience fee”. I think next time I’ll just call in the order.
