The app is easy to pair and learn and can save two positions, a useful feature when it works. However, the memory function is unreliable and often fails to save positions. Users report frequent disconnects requiring re‑connections, plus a lack of maintenance and compatibility with newer iPhones. There is little in‑app help for the P button, and brightness settings must be adjusted each use. Overall, it’s convenient but inconsistently reliable and poorly supported.

Recent reviews

The app is one of the reasons I bought the Flexsteel Zecliner. In general, I like the app better than the corded remote. But on the web, i found a screenshot that shows a “Home” button that returns the chair to its default non-reclined, non-lifted position. That would be so convenient! Please bring this back, or add it in an update. (I’m a little concerned that, according to reviews, there have been no updates in years.)

I can set memory programs but why would I have to keep pressing the button? One push is enough to get to the desired position. I got this chair as my second lift chair, I loved the old one.
