Community Base from Innovia co-op, is a national community management cooperative that adds increasing value to management companies and their clients. Co-op members gain collective knowledge on emerging trends shaping the management and housing industry while leveraging significant buying power of hundreds of thousands of members from independently-owned companies across the country. Co-ops are similar to community associations in that they are run by the members for the benefit of the members.
