Not being IT savvy, having only been involved in using it less than 40 years, I was careful to review the instructions on how to use the app. However, I never found any. My attempts to utilize the app were almost always unsuccessful. However, at least twice I stumbled upon something that was helpful. A couple of others on the tour tried to help but they were having same problems. Finally, in exasperation, I turned to my IPhone and paid the extra fee. Hopefully the rest of you discovered how to use it.
