1 App makes you login again when they send us to places with no service. 2 If you have more than one stop at one place it wont even show you all them, will show it as one. 3 It takes you across the map everytime you click off a stop 4 Im not even logged in the morning and it starts sending me notifications…

Groundcloud manager app is useless. I just get a list of routes. Cant see my drivers map or assign another driver to the route to go rescue another driver like package route. Our stops per hour was way higher before being forced to switch to groundcloud.

I learned on this app when I started driving for FedEx. When they told us that it was no longer being used and had to switch to another app, it was like a slap in the face. A lot of us were better off with Package Route since we knew how to use it. Now we have to use garbage Ground Cloud which is absolutely worse and nowhere near being an upgrade. Somebody needs to figure out how to continue support for this app because there’s a lot of unhappy drivers out there, all over, because we have to use an inferior app now.
