For the last 4-5 months now the app freezes any time I switch from one work order to another I have to constantly reset the app between every work order I’ve tried deleting app and re installing I waited for the recent update to maybe fix it and still nothing everyone at my company experiences the same issue as well

The app overall works decent, but there are some major flaws. Scrolling is very hard to do. It is not smooth at all. You can only scroll down a tiny bit at a time so when scrolling through a make ready sub task, it takes forever to get to the bottom. The other major problem is that when creating a work order, you have to select location, then category, then problem. They need to make it like the desktop so that instead of having to click a category you just select the location and then you can search for any problem. It also sucks that you can’t see when there’s more than one occupant in an apartment. You can only see the primary, so if a maintenance tech needs to get a hold of the resident and the primary doesn’t answer then they have to ask the office if there’s any other occupants they can reach.
