This is hands-down the most unfriendly, outdated banking app I’ve ever used. From the registration moment, it lags horribly and rejects a perfectly valid national ID with zero explanation—no error details, no hints on what’s wrong. When you finally manage to get in (or try to), the app offers almost nothing useful: limited tools for checking options, researching transactions, or basic self-service. No real support options—no in-app chat, no clear technical contact, just frustration. For a well-established bank like ADIB Egypt, this is embarrassing and unacceptable. It fails at every level to match the bank’s reputation. Avoid if you value your time and sanity.
