Improvements in reliability, pricing clarity, and customer support would substantially improve the user experience.

Charger reliability is inconsistent: many stations are broken or frequently out of service
Pricing is complex and sometimes aggressive: minimum charges, wallet balance/increments, guest fees, and potential overcharges
App performance and usability issues: laggy interface, poor navigation, and login problems
Customer support is limited or unhelpful, with AI-only assistance
Privacy concerns and account requirements: must provide personal information and connect an account to use charging

Recent reviews

App requires a charger location specific credit card, in my case, Canadian. App is designed around a dated wallet system so they will take 20$ from you immediately, even for free charging. When I called support regarding my issue, they are aware that a travel app requires local financial instruments and suggested I purchase a prepaid debit card in Canadian dollars (insane suggestion and work around). App is a waste of time.

This app will let you add funds to your wallet using a credit card from US bank, but won’t let you use the app to actually charge if you don’t have a Canadian credit card. I had this experience twice in Ottawa and Halifax
