This app is *required* for employees to enter/leave CBS, but it constantly fails, to the point that there are property staff permanently stationed to “help” people when the app fails to work. (The “help” consists of the advice to turn Bluetooth and/or your phone off then on again.) There’s no explanation/warning of why it fails; it just does and holds everybody up. It doesn’t follow Apple’s design guidelines (nor Android’s, nor CBA’s). It’s just awful. It activates Apple Pay every time even though it’s supposed to be Bluetooth-only. It allows you to set TouchID instead of a password but it always asks for a password, then asks for TouchID then the TouchID always fails and it asks you to reset your password. You’re better off not setting TouchID! It regularly forgets your user ID and requires you to re-enter them, for no apparent reason. If I wasn’t required to use it to enter/leave work, there’s no way this app would still be on my phone!
