MyCHOP is CHOP's online pediatric patient portal for families to manage care. Schedule appointments with your child's pediatrician or specialists, including in-person and video visits, and attend video visits using your phone camera.

Features include secure messaging with providers, prescription refills, and access to medications, immunizations, allergies, test results, growth charts, a health summary, and a billing summary. You can complete history questionnaires, and use Track My Health to manually enter data via Apple HealthKit. Data is not received from HealthKit or wearable devices.

I tried to figure out how to add my son and square away a bill. I had to call. No problem getting ahold of billing but trying to get access to my son’s medical records and the phone system was delayed and never got through. Kind of shows where priorities are. Wish I could have just fixed the issue through the app. 90 mins later and I was able to pay but still unable to access needed medical records.

CHOP has always been my number one hospital for both of my children. They consistently provide us with the important information needed to make informed decisions. The staff's hospitality is wonderful; they make you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way, including assistance with medications, insurance issues, and more.
