When i first bought it i tested it out and everything was fine. 3 months later i go to use it and it is giving erroneous readings showing 100% then 92 then 0 and resets goes to 100 then 89 97 0 and resets. Just random numbers and then 0 and resets this cycles every 5 to 7 seconds like this. It’s unusable and I’m now outside my return window so i have an expensive paperweight. I can’t recommend with so short of reliability.

Every time I connect my oximeter I get low battery error in the app, however my phone battery is fully charged. Never works when you need it! No way to contact the company for support. Their website links are not operational.

Seems to be in order. Would be nice to have android adaptor to allow charging during pulse ox use. Also, can parameters be activated with an alarm to sound if vitals are outside those parameters?
