Pros

Cons

Unreliable and inconsistent operation; often fails to open or works only sometimes.
App crashes during setup or opening, and gate data can be lost or deleted.
Awkward slide-to-open UI (located high on the screen) that is hard to use while driving and often requires two hands.
Proximity/near-field detection is inconsistent; users must be very close or it fails to detect them.
Single-device limit per gate; other residents cannot access without the same device, causing access issues.

Everytime I put my registration key it just closes the app so i have no way of getting in my place

The app removes my home gate randomly. Whenever I try to add the code back to the app, anywhere I tap on the screen crashes the app.

I hate this app so much but I have to use it because of the apartment complex I live in. It NEVER works the first time, the swipe feature is so impractical. It feels like you’re playing a mobile game because you have to do it at the perfect speed or else it won’t open. I don’t understand why I can’t just push a button or why the app doesn’t have ANY other type of function to open the gate. So frustrating.
