User Reviews

User reviews show a split sentiment: several clinicians praise the system for being physician-friendly, easy to use, and faster for documentation versus Epic, with notable improvements in workflow. However, many users repeatedly flag AI limitations (poor dictation, lack of learning), interoperability problems (Esync, EPIC/Care Everywhere), and stability issues (slowness, glitches, disruptive updates). Dictation quality also fluctuates. Overall, the app excels in usability for some, but reliability and integration challenges are the dominant negatives across multiple reviews.
Pros
  • Faster documentation with fewer clicks compared to Epic.
  • Physician-friendly and easy-to-use interface.
  • Dictation speeds note-taking (when functioning).
  • Overall functional, comprehensive EMR that can improve clinical workflow for some users.
Cons
  • AI is unreliable and does not learn from usage, requiring extensive manual corrections.
  • Interoperability issues with Esync and data exchange (including Care Everywhere/EPIC) across devices.
  • Performance and stability problems (slow, glitchy, crashes; updates can be disruptive).
  • Dictation quality is inconsistent with poor interpretation or microphone reliability.
Recent reviews
Constant issues. Freezes. Unable to bill. Numerous errors. Worst EMR to date.

In superbill, removing excess icd code is very annoying. It’s hard to click the x and it asks another confirmation to remove icd. Make removing icd code easier please

This system needs a significant overhaul to the AI. It does not appear to learn over time. The interpretation from the dictation is often poor. It is unable to pull in documents requiring providers to continue to use multiple systems to bring data over and then the AI needs to be reminded to utilize the data. Overall, it is requiring an inordinate amount of time to correct the mistakes . Great concept, however, they have not accomplished the delivery at this time. I would not recommend this system and would not use it in my private practice.
