Recent reviews

I’ve been going to The Spot for a couple years now. Service is top-notch, atmosphere is great, and booking appointments WAS never an issue. However, with this “new update” to their app, they’ve downgraded the whole system. Choosing to downgrade to a web app is appalling to me. One would think that the services the app offers must be levels above what was offered previously—spoiler alert: they’re not. Immediately upon opening the app, where I would once see my previous appointment to seamlessly rebook, I now see a long list of store locations that I never go to. Instead, I have to click through multiple menus and wait for many web-style loading screens before being able to rebook an appointment. Thank goodness they recently integrated Apple Pay support. Otherwise this would easily be a 1-star review.

No ability to use Apple Pay, have to enter credit card information manually each time. What is this, 2015? Old version worked better had better UI this version is a disaster. Prolly gonna go to CostCutters or Hair Cuttery now.
