On the iPad, the app does crash fairly often, but not in the middle of content, so it is easy enough to simply reopen it and continue. It does not seem to lose progress when it does this. Content wise, the app focuses on breathing. This is an underserved area of public speaking, and if you don’t have proper breath control, it is impossible to be a fully effective speaker. Hopeful speakers who have a great deal of vocal training via singing may find this less useful, but those who don’t may consider it a must have for the breath and specificity of the exercises.
