2026-05-15	Fr*****	Glad to see I’m not the only one who can only look at the app icon but never actually use it functionally. Crashes as soon as opened, starting “Network Error”. Um, no? My network is working just fine for literally EVERYTHING else and when tried off wi-do it does the same. Useless.

2026-05-07	sh*****	I have been a consumer of Aveda products & client at an Aveda salon for decades. I love both. This app, however, is fraught with issues far too frequently to be acceptable. It’s infuriating to try to login to my Aveda+ account only to receive the same (tiresome) error message again & again. Permanently address the bugs, please & thank you!!!

2026-04-28	En*****	Agree with other reviewers, app is buggy, constantly get error messages and app won’t load. How are we supposed to keep track of our points and shop for rewards if you can’t even open the app reliably?? The developers really need to work on this.

2026-04-28	su*****	Got a new phone, decided to try downloading this broken app again & despite it being updated (fairly) recently, when I try to log in, it just crashes immediately. No error, no hanging, just crashes. I have 48,000+ points & still have to manually carry the membership card with me to the salon. Exhausting. I’ve emailed, called, & messaged support & if there EVER is a response, it’s just “uninstall & reinstall the app” & then I get ghosted. The support phone number is just a full voicemail box or hangs up. This has been going on for years.
