I love the game, truly do. But if I pay for no ads then I expect that. Thought it was a fluke that it didn’t go through, but it definitely charged me and there is DEFINITELY still ads.

Every time I open the app the screen goes completely blank and it doesn’t change or it loads a little bit and then it freezes. Does anyone else have this problem?
